• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as name, address, social security number, assets, income;

• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, credit card usage;

• Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.

The categories of nonpublic personal information about former members that the credit union discloses and to whom:

We do not disclose information about former members.

The categories of nonpublic personal information about consumers that do not have a member relationship with the credit union received through transactions at the credit union that the credit union discloses and to whom:

We do not disclose information that we received only through transactions made by consumers who do not have a member relationship with the credit union such as individuals who are not members of the credit union who use the credit union’s ATM machines or who purchase travelers checks at the credit union.

The categories of affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties to whom the credit union discloses information:

1. Affiliates. We do not have any affiliates at this time with which we disclose information.
2. Nonaffiliated third party financial institutions with whom the credit union has a joint marketing agreement.

We may disclose the following information to other financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, brokerage firms or other credit unions with whom we have a joint marketing agreement:

We may disclose the following information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf such as a mailing house or advertising agency with whom we have a joint marketing agreement.

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as name, address, social security number, assets, and income.

• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, credit card usage.

• Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency, such as your credit worthiness and credit history.

We may disclose to other nonaffiliated third parties such information as permitted by law.
